What a cracking weekend at The Open Championship at Royal St George's!

In what was Scruffys Golf major championship debut, the golf world was introduced to the Scruffys Performance Polo range as ambassador, Deyen "Digger" Lawson took on the best in the world.

After shooting a 70-71 at Prince’s Golf Club in Sandwich a fortnight ago to qualify, "Digger" made his major championship debut at The Open. Wearing the Scruffys Bamboo Performance Polo range, highlighted by the bold "Pin Seeker", "Play Through", and "Preferred Lie" designs, Digger took on the thick rough and undulating greens of Royal St George's masterful design.

Talking about the Scruffys Performance Polos, Digger said "The things that appeal to me with Scruffys is how comfortable the shirts are. Being comfortable on course is big, the style looks really good and they’re eco-friendly so it’s a big tick for me. Being able to really move and swing as hard as you want with driver knowing it’s not going to untuck, gives you confidence on the course.”

While it wasn't Team Scruffys hoisting the Claret Jug at this year's open, we're incredibly stoked for Digger making his Major debut, and looking forward to many more Major appearances to come!
